As a result, our experienced ECC team have developed an in-house ECC Transition Program to introduce vets to the world of ECC in a supported and structured environment.The ECC Transition ProgramSuitable for new/recent graduates, or GP vets looking to make the move into ECCEach individual is paired with their own mentor (senior ECC vet) for the first 3 months; you are rarely be rostered to work without your mentor being there too.You will only be expected to manage patients classified as Triage class III – VWeekly scheduled rounds that include informal case discussions, troubleshooting and structured learning modules.Multi-disciplinary M+M rounds held monthlyAccess to VIN, on-call specialists and extensive in-house library for additional support or study.About UsThe Animal Referral Hospital Canberra is a first-class facility with extensive up-to-date equipment including a full in-house IDEXX lab, digital radiography, ultrasonography 64 slice CT and high field MRI. Our exceptional team of vets and nurses are friendly, supportive and knowledgeable and we pride ourselves on high quality 24-hour care. We offer referral services Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and emergency care at all times. The referral service is comprised of multidisciplinary specialist teams in surgery and internal medicine. The expansion of services has led ARH Canberra to construct a new purpose-built 1100 square metre facility which opened in November 2021.We have a strong group of highly skilled veterinarians and nurses, many of whom have been with us long-term, and we are focused on providing career pathways and professional development for all our team members. The majority of our ECC veterinarians have completed further study in areas of ECC and imaging as well as being in the process of preparing for membership examinations.Your New RoleWe are happy to provide you with funding to complete theImprove International Accelerated Emergency Program2022 (********/) as well as the $5000 signing bonus and $5000 bonus after 1 year of permanent employment.An opportunity for Veterinarians to join our cohesive and dynamic team.
