In this role as Leasing Executive your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; To work with the Leasing Director to ensure that the mall is fully leased at all times Preparing monthly leasing reports and tenants' performance reports To build strong relationships with retailers and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore To be aware of general retail market trends Work with Leasing Director to ensure that lease administration matters are in order To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have; Has a pleasant disposition who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Resourceful, hands on and good team player with a high level of initiative Good with PowerPoint presentation and excel Degree holder with 2 -3 years of experience preferably in retail leasing experience Good knowledge of retail, brands and their requirements and sales performances No matter where your office is, you will be a part of a company that values you.
