You will be a part of HPB’s School Dental Services, which strives to provide oral health care services to school-going children to ensure good oral health and dental fitness. What You Can Expect As a key member of the School Dental Services department, you will provide oral health education and promotion activities to pre-schoolers, school children and adults to help create better awareness of good oral health and dental fitness. You will also organize toothbrushing exercises in pre-schools. You will deliver health education presentations to children, teachers and parents to convey effective health messages through interactive engagement with hands on demonstration techniques. If you have a certificate in dental therapy, you will get the opportunity to provide on-site oral health screening programmes, oral health fluoride therapy, and fissure sealants to children in pre-schools and secondary schools. You also will participate in service deliveries and quality audit activities, provide feedback and suggestions for service improvements. Be Part of Our Team Join us, if you are dynamic and self-motivated (with preferably) at least 1-2 years relevant working experience in health education and enjoy working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should have: A Certificate or Diploma preferably in Oral Health Therapy or an equivalent A strong sense of responsibility and independency with good team work skills Strong communications, interpersonal and social skills for effective rapport building with children and youth Proficiency in spoken English Language Proficiency in speaking a second language (will be an advantage)
