We are seeking a passionate Property or Commerce Graduate wanting to accelerate their career within property. Working alongside our Head of Investment Services, you will gain exposure to the full life cycle of transactions and be mentored by a highly successful operator.Responsibilities:Provide content for submissions client presentations on market conditions, trends observations.Identify, implement, and maintain system processes and create targeted mailing lists for marketing purposes.Drafting communication and presentations on behalf of Head of Investment Services toexternal and internal clients.Assisting the Head of Investment Services to drive and successfullyexecute key initiatives.Preparing expense requests, processing credit card payments and other financial transactions.Organising travel and other related arrangements (flights, transfers hotel bookings)Carry out special projects as allocated by the Head of Investment Services.Proactively actioning client liaisonrequirements as necessary, particularly in the absence of the Head of Investment Services.Coordinating the preparation of client meetings and functions.Disseminating information to internal business services platform as required, including Finance, HR, Marketing, Research, PR and IT.
