The Creative Insights Manager plays a crucial role in the process of creative strategy and media buying optimization. Its main goals are to assure our clients' performance and support our internal teams with creative insights and recommendations based on specific results. A CIM is a data-driven person with client-facing skills and deep knowledge of media buying platforms and data analysis.
What you’ll do:
Analyze clients’ campaigns to provide insights and recommendations based on performance to improve Ready Set ads results.
Provide recommendations to the creative team to work on concept creation based on the top-performing trends and relevant insights.
Audit our clients' ad accounts for both creative and media buying purposes to provide recommendations based on best practices.
Lead internal meetings providing insights for upcoming creative deliveries.
Prepare performance decks for both internal and external stakeholders.
What you are good at:
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads. TikTok ads is expected but not required.
Knowledge of working with different attribution models and measurement tools.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets and their formulas.
Usage of Asana/Monday, Slack and Google Docs.
+3years of experience in digital marketing and analyzing ad performance results.
