Job Description Scope and Summary: Customer Relationship Specialist will be the strategic partners to Sales, BU, Distributors, key end customers and SIs, in providing value added customer solutions through strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance and other cross functional support teams within RA. The role will understand customer requirements and the best opportunities for productivity in their industry through simplifies supply chain and material availability. The role will drive strategic value addition to the supply chain processes and other practices within RA and with DI, SI and strategic customer. They will play crucial role in driving productivity and supporting revenue generation by leading demand sensing and ensuring product availability through active engagement with Sales and Supply Chain. Key Deliverables: Develop market intelligence and customer Insight to proactively develop relevant solution for specific customer requirements Regular reviews with Distributors to ensure the Rockwell processes and policies and being adhered and they are still relevant to achieve the common Global RA goals. Demand sensing to facilitate Demand Planning process and product availability, to improve fill rate and inventory turn. Maintain blended compliance on strategic customer and DI orders Ensure Preferred Part usage is maintained at for better availability To represent customer perspective and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in process upgradation to bring customer satisfaction and process efficiency. Follow Rockwell principles of ethics and compliance under all circumstances. Education and Experience Requirements: More than 3yr of experience in developing and managing demand for a region Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis Understand the market requirement and plan ahead to be market ready and stay ahead of competitors. Ability to adorn both business and customer centric hats to ensure customer retention and market creation. Must be self-motivated, decisive, exhibit good judgment and an excellent problem solver Advanced Excel, Business Data Management, spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Factors of Complexity: Ability to influence senior leadership, cross functional teams through complex process changes and initiatives Communicate complex process efficiency matters to global teams and regional stakeholders Persistence in developing new process, influence regional stakeholders on process adherence, error and issue resolution Preferred Temperament: Must be a passionate self-starter and problem solver Understand the importance of collaboration and aligning the organization to drive the necessary objectives Influence leadership team, cross functional stakeholders, and global organizations Maintain transparency in communication with all stakeholders Proven strong thinker and possess problem solving skills Experience Qualification Requirements: Mandatory Have 3 - 5years of experience in handling demand sensing Full-time Bachelor’s Degree, MBA in Supply Chain is preferred Analytical capabilities – Excel, Power BI knowledge Strong customer management customer facing experience Knowledge of RA business and distribution model Good knowledge of sales model in country/region Strong active listening, written and verbal communication skills Desirable Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ability to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs to derive conclusions End customer Distributor management experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross functional teams Excellent knowledge of automation trend and future requirements, good knowledge of English Rockwell Automation, Inc.
