Job Description Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning: Developing and maintaining financial models to support global manufacturing operations. This includes working with regional finance teams to establish annual budgets, analyzing revenue and expense trends, and providing accurate financial forecasts. Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial data to evaluate global manufacturing performance against established goals and benchmarks. This includes conducting variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and developing action plans to address issues. Cost Management: Own consolidation process of Global Manufacturing Cost results, providing visibility on productivity projects and financial savings. Reporting and Communication: Preparing and presenting performance reports and analysis to senior management. This includes providing regular updates on global manufacturing financial and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating results to the broader organization. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with manufacturing, FPA, and other teams to support business initiatives and drive operational excellence. This includes providing financial expertise and guidance to support decision-making and ensuring financial objectives are aligned with business strategies. Functions Transformation: Propose and lead initiatives to improve the ways of working. This includes building tools to automate consolidation and analysis and identifying process optimization opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills required, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred. Ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines, with a positive, can-do attitude.
