Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads through making new calls and following up with the exisiting clients . focus is generate more sales and customer support. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining positive relationships with clients.


Qualifications

Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred
Previos experience in financial services/ Audit/banking/ business advisory industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
