Role Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Requirements

Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Relationship Management skills
Ability to develop and implement sales plans and achieve sales targets
Experience managing a team of sales representatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
UAE Driving license with own car preferred
Visa Status : Own visa with NOC
