As Senior Executive at the Office of Associate Chair (Students) of the School of Civil Environmental Engineering (CEE) focuses on student care and wellbeing. The key purposes are to enhance the wellbeing, development experience of CEE students. The key responsibilities encompass the following: Coordinate with stakeholders to align care and support for CEE undergraduate students. Periodic monitoring and meeting with students who face wellbeing problems, as well as working with other NTU stakeholders. Take charge of administrative matters that support the student leadership and mentorship for undergraduate students. Liaise with administrators to advise students who face academic challenges on their fulfilment of credit requirements. Maintain and update database of student care records. Requirements Minimally a bachelor’s degree from a recognised University (degree in related field and/or work experience in the tertiary education sector will be preferred). A strong commitment and passion towards student wellbeing and support. Preferably knowledge and/or experience in counselling or interaction with young adults. Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
