As an IS Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for: · Developing/ executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments (recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development) · Being responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics · Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy · Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how · Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes (there's room for negotiating and client specific conditions) Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; · Have proven experience in Operations (in relevant industry like wellbore construction, completions, wellbore intervention, etc.); · Be experienced in Resource Management; · Be able to communicate clearly both in English and Portuguese; · Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams and also ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously; · Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact, able to coordinate several projects simultaneously · Leadership, great ability with interpersonal, influencing and planning skills will be considered for this position · Functional use of MS Office Suite, with MS Project familiarity preferred.
