About the Role: In this opportunity as you will: Sub-segment Operations With GM, create and deliver annual plan and quarterly business reviews Drive the creation and measurement of sub-segment OKRs Facilitation of sub-segment leadership and strategy meetings Channel communications for all sub-segment channels (all-hands, team calls, product launch coordination) in collaboration with Outbound marketing, Sales Ops and Sales Enablement Annual sales meeting, quarterly sales meeting agenda and content creation and delivery Liaise with commercial excellence, product, product marketing and other key partners to assess, implement and track key initiatives Liaise with segment / subsegments to drive consistency and best practices across the team Role manages pipeline generation and sales support resources including Sales Specialists and SDRs. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $129,500 - $240,500. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
