About the Role: In this opportunity as you will: Sub-segment Operations With GM, create and deliver annual plan and quarterly business reviews Drive the creation and measurement of sub-segment OKRs Facilitation of sub-segment leadership and strategy meetings Channel communications for all sub-segment channels (all-hands, team calls, product launch coordination) in collaboration with Outbound marketing, Sales Ops and Sales Enablement Annual sales meeting, quarterly sales meeting agenda and content creation and delivery Liaise with commercial excellence, product, product marketing and other key partners to assess, implement and track key initiatives Liaise with segment / subsegments to drive consistency and best practices across the team Role manages pipeline generation and sales support resources including Sales Specialists and SDRs. Customer Focus Understand NPS and drive improvement, collaborating across the TR enterprise Lead voice-of-the-customer initiatives for the sub-segment Customer partnership management (beta, co-marketing, pilots, design workshops) Commission quant and qual market research as needed Collaboration with Thomson Reuters Institute on specific thought leadership events Liaison with all TR marketing teams Strategy Development Driving GTM strategy execution and associated results via direct reports Competitive Intelligence and implication understanding Roadmap prioritization along with product and digital teams Business Development, pipeline development, acquisition analysis, fit with sub-segment strategy, due diligence Sub-segment business case development, including sign-ups and prioritization GTM planning across the Corporates Legal portfolio based on penetration, opportunity Driver, empowered, taking ownership to create and drive sub-segment growth agenda, bringing others along Strategic, critical thinker, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong financial acumen Adept in working with large and complex data sets and combining data from disparate sources Ability to collaborate with and present complex information to a broad audience of professionals Ability to lead, coordinate, and engage peers and advance both strategic and operational progress Action-oriented and self-motivated, able to prioritize and meet time-sensitive commitments Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong EQ Highly organized and detail oriented About You: You're a fit for the role if you have a: Bachelor’s degree. MBA degree. 10+ years’ experience in business development, sales, strategic marketing, or similar function 5+ years working in a global organization Expert business case and financial modeling skills Ability to shape client agenda to drive growth Leadership experience with the ability to build cross functional, diverse teams Knowledge of TR Products Program management experience with complex, multi-faceted initiatives Experience in building collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product Management on Go To Market strategy Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, working across a matrix structure, and achieving results via influence rather than authority Strong operational and analytical abilities Ability to effectively navigate and perform in dynamic environments Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder and relationship management Highly entrepreneurial and ability to work across multiple teams/parts/levels of the organization Ability to successfully lead in an agile, fast-paced environment developing new and unproven standards Builds effective relationships and partners with others to develop joint solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent relationship building and influencing skills. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $129,500 - $240,500. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
