Location(s): Puerto Rico City/Cities: Cidra Travel Required: Relocation Provided: No Job Posting End Date: June 18, 2023 Shift: Job Description Summary: The Planning Manager is responsible to lead the Supply Planning, Inventory FGs policies, MRB process and BCP programs in ABBP and CRI to provide the operations plans in the short, medium, and long-term, taking into consideration demand figures, rough cut production and CDCs and Warehouses capacity in each location (ABBP, ACW, DFW, CRI), operational constrains, product portfolio initiatives including new products, reformulations, and delisting products plan. This role will support all activities to manage the conversion of customer demand into operations plan for ABBP CRI. Ensure compliance with the inventory policies of all the FGs SKUs for NAOU. Collaborate with key stakeholders within CPS NA to ensure complete alignment with business needs and objectives. Drive continuous improvement in the Planning and Inventory FGs policies, procedures, and systems. Lead the planning function in the development of digital solutions for planning. Works closely with the functional areas through the PL, while ensuring continuity of supply to NAOU markets. Key duties/responsibilities: Serve as a member of the CPS NA Planning and Logistics Team and be a key player to drive the transformation of the new organization as well as promote the team’s engagement. Ensure the concentrate and beverage bases are supplied on time and in full to the CDCs or are direct shipped to the bottlers, according to business requirements, Company policies and the objectives of safety, environmental, quality, cost and service established in the CPS NA Business Plan. Collaborate in the Regional Standard and the Annual Business plan processes, providing the best information related to production plan figures for CPS-NA. Lead the Planning, Inventory analyst, MRB and BCP processes in compliance with the TCCC’s requirements to guarantee the timely supply of products to our customers. Manage resources to support material and production planning together with Operations and Shared Services- Supply Chain areas. Make sure all processes comply with Company requirements and are executed in high standards as well as generating an environment of value creation, productivity, and constant process optimization. Support the Operation with technical expertise in the area and strategic thinking for mid- and long-term planning. Responsible for setting the optimal manufacturing plan for the 2 manufacturing sites ABBP CRI, considering efficiency (OEE), capabilities, constraints, maintenance plans, Capital Projects, and other transformational initiatives. Responsible for ensuring readiness for BCP (Business Continuity Plan) Process for concentrate and beverage bases for CPS NA. Provide information and collaborate with the SC-SS team for the execution of the monthly SOP, SOE and other meetings and processes with the bottling system when required. This role is responsible to provide an annual RS and BP manufacturing and inventories volume as well as monthly master production plan to support the weekly production schedule which includes setting up the overall production priorities to meet customer demand, forecasts, finished goods inventory and production line efficiency goals. As additional areas, this role oversees inventory analysis ensuring proper inventory levels and managing inventory at risk. Support the Transformation initiatives aligned with CPS NA, deliver the results of CPS NA strategic commitments. Supervisory Responsibilities and Organization Impact/Influence Direct reports: 2 inventory Analyst 1 MRB champion 1 BCP analyst Travel required: 15% mainly between Atlanta, Dallas Puerto Rico, eventually to other CPS locations. Job Requirements/Qualifications Minimum 5 years in the position or similar function as: Production Manager Warehouse Manager Operations Manager OE Manager Supply Chain (Customer service, Demand, Procurement, Product Portfolio) Manager. Education Administration, Industrial Engineer, Chemistry Engineer, of Foods, or similar graduation. Specialization in Supply Chain or Production Engineering and Desirable MBA. Languages Fluent English Spanish Technical skills and certification Supply Planning processes – IBP SAP-S4 knowledge PP/IM Inventory analyst and Inventory Management. Operations knowledge – Finite-scheduling Financial management Operational Excellence – Lean Manufacturing. Production Process Optimization. Production process in Food industries/Beverage (desirable).
