This position manages the site operations and ensures productivity is achieved inline of the operational objectives.The successful candidate must be motivated, eager to learn, able to work independently and under pressure and have a high attention to detail. In addition, have excellent managerial, project management, self-control, and people skills. (These are inherent requirements of this role.)Duties include, but not limited to, site management, production control and management, managerial reporting, site administration control and review (including, expenditure, budget, petty cash, wages and stock control).Proficiency in Computer skills, Excel and other MS Office applications are compulsory.A managerial and project management qualification and/or work experience in a similar position will be advantageous.
