Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production Partner with the best As a Sourcing Specialist, you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods/services. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. As a Sourcing Specialist , you will be responsible for: Evaluating current and anticipated requirements, determine potential sources, obtain bids, and plan programs to meet business needs Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage schedule changes and update ERP. Soliciting and evaluating proposals employing appropriate negotiation, cost and price analysis techniques, using available expertise Initiating Requests for quote (RFQs), execute Purchase Orders and perform procurement activities within project requirements, budget, schedule, and in accordance with company procedures. Collaborating with Project team to meet the Delivery requirements of Customer Ensuring Supplier On time delivery and achieved cost out targets set forth. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have Bachelor's and 7-10 years of procurement /supply chain/ Sourcing experience. Must be fluent in speaking Mandarin to communicate with Chinese suppliers. Have knowledge and experience of using Oracle system to handle PO lifecycle management. Have Oil and Gas industry background, preferably. Have good understanding and ability to apply various commercial models to deliver best cost and schedule outcomes Have ability to work independently.
