Role Profile In this role, you'll be joining our Planning and Consolidation team. You will play a crucial role in the maintenance and improvement of our Hyperion Architecture, Adaptive support and offshore consolidation technical systems. Your responsibilities will include addressing user queries, performing technical solution design, functional testing and data reconciliation. You will work closely with the business to understand and implement new change requests, ensuring seamless updates to Pre-production and Production environments. Tech Profile/Essential Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as a Support lead with a focus on EPM solutions. Strong expertise in Oracle on premise and cloud applications like FCCS, planning, HFM and EPBCS, with hands-on experience in their configuration and implementation. Knowledge of financial consolidation, reconciliation, planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and best practices. Familiarity with EPM integration tools and technologies (e.g., FDMEE, EPM Automate). Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and data management concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Project management skills to lead and oversee EPM solution implementations. Oracle certifications in FCCS, ARCS, or EPBCS are a plus. Strong experience of SmartView including hsgetvalue and hssetvalue Familiarity with DRM/EDMCS would be an advantage Familiarity of Performance tuning/monitoring within FCC Sound knowledge of the consolidation process including intercompany and reconciliation Proficiency in creating taskflows, webforms, reports and Smartview templates in FCC Strong experiencn in monitoirng and maintaining FDMEE data loads Experience in service now tickets in resolution Should be familiar with Problem / Change Management process Implementation Preferred Skills and Experience Strong understanding of the consoldation process including intercompany and reconcilalation Knowledge of creating custom business rules and validations in FCC Experience in creating jobs, managing mapping and creating custom scripts in data management Proven ability to deploy updates across multiple enviroments (Dev, Pre-Prod, Prod) Exceptional understanding of Smart View including bsegetvalue and bssetsalue Familiarity with performance tuning/monitoring with FCC is a plus Candidate should have good understanding in ITIL/ITSM standards and should be able to apply production governance on top of the BAU work team does. Well *** in all ITIL processes to standardize team practices as per Production standards in the organization. Service Management reporting is a plus. Education and Professional Skills Professional qualification or equivalent. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable) Solid English reading/writing capability required. Strong communication articulation skills. Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking. Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial. Agile related certifications preferable Detailed Responsibilities Liaise with business for new change requests and user queries Perform technical solution design and functional testing Address user queries with webforms, SmartView and data input Read, understand and update Hyperion Planning calculation manager rules per user requirements. Update metadata as required (EPMA and Classic) Automation of Loads and Outbound files to external systems Essbase Calc and Report Scripts Re-shell application and reconcile data for regression testing before forecast and budget cycles. Deploy updates to Pre-Prod and reconcile data before forecast and budget cycles Deploy changes to Production.
