Your responsibilities will include:Working collaboratively within the program services with key stakeholders to coordinate Trainee placement(s).Providing line supervision to trainees and supporting their possible transition to employment within EACH mental health services post traineeship.Working in collaboration with the various program managers and educational institutions to ensure trainees meet their learning goals and educational obligations.Providing individual and group reflective supervision to trainees.Participating in and contributing to program planning and reporting.Developing individual learning and experience plans with Trainees/Graduates and Mental Health Programs.
