Role Responsibilities Key Accountabilities: Executes key aspects of the data control framework, ensuring that data quality is achieved Provides periodic ad-hoc reports, with both quantitative / qualitative analysis, analysing large data-sets Supports with the translation of business and governance needs into data analysis and reporting solutions Uses data visualisation techniques, to illustrate the results and make insights easier to derive and understand Utilises metrics for capturing, analysing, and reporting effectiveness and makes recommendations for process improvements. Supports the coordination of timelines, templates, submissions and deadlines for key processes and project outcomes and supports the management of the calendars, processes and tools needed for the effective running of the Function. Captures, tracks and follows up on post meeting actions, driving strong interlock with stakeholders. Maintain existing reports and keep up with additional or changing requirements of the business. This includes continually optimizing existing reports/dashboards to improve performance and give insightful information to business partners Actively monitor performance, schedule, risks, issues and dependencies across the delivery pipeline and flag any highlights against standards Manage demand and supply (work against resource capacity) information and flag any capacity challenges Responsible for working with limited supervision and managing own time to achieve deliverables. Desired Skills / Experience Experience in data visualization techniques, to illustrate the results and make them easier to understand Ability to communicate sophisticated data in simple and easy to understand format/structure. Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and analyze structured and unstructured data with attention to detail and accuracy Advanced level MS Excel, including the ability to apply advanced formulae macros). Previous experience with reporting tools and technology (Tableau, SQL Data Bases, Salesforce, Snowflake etc. Experience in using JQL will be an added advantage. 5+ years of industry experience as a data analyst Good social skills and ability to effectively connect with both business and technology teams Experience in a delivery management environment Domain knowledge of infrastructure is a plus – not mandatory The Team What’s in it for you The Service Delivery a critical team within Technology Business Management of the Infrastructure and Cloud business of London Stock Exchange group. This slim team is accountable for governing demand, work pipeline, delivery and partner management across IC through our Book of Business, demand and utilisation analytics and Intake process.
