Job Description : Site Lab Specialist 工厂实验室专员 实验室的检测工作，包括工作分配、过程管控及数据复核等，保证记录规范性、结果的准确性与及时性； 岗位工作职责 1、制定并实施本组质控方案，参加部门及外部质控考核，保证检验结果的可靠性； 2、在部门安排下，组织与本组有关的的检测新方法的开发，以及相关样品的检测； 3、制定、完善本组仪器操作规程和维护计划，检查落实情况。及时排除一般技术故障，尽力保障检测设备的正常运行； 4、提出本组所需检验物资的购置计划与申请，参与相关物资的验收； 5、管理本组以及指定责任区的安全和卫生，确保安全检测，整洁卫生； 任职要求： 1、大学本科及以上学历，食品、生物、化学类相关专业，检验中级技师及以上职业资格； 2、了解相关法律法规，遵守检测职业操守； 3、检测相关工作经历5年以上，熟悉本组相关的产品标准、检测方法，精通相关设备的操作与维护，具有较全面的检测技术，具有良好的技术指导与独立开发检测新方法的能力；对于本组的设备状况、技术问题有一定的判断及处置能力； 4、熟悉本组检测工作的运行流程及管理；能合理配置资源，开展新项目的检验； 5、能熟练使用office办公软件，能独立编写相关文件； 6、工作敬业、认真负责，具有较强的组织管理能力及执行力； 7、有较好的沟通、表达能力以及协调能力，具有良好的团队协作精神。 Ensure compliance with hygiene standards for raw materials and products, providing support for the smooth operation of production processes. Manage the testing work in the laboratory under the guidance of relevant standards and regulations, supervising the team members to perform testing tasks safely, accurately, and timely. Role and Responsibilities Carry out laboratory testing work, including task assignments, process control, and data review, to ensure the standardization of records and the accuracy and timeliness of results. Organize the development of testing methods related to the team and the testing of relevant samples as arranged by the department. Develop and improve standard operating procedures and maintenance plans for the team's instruments, and inspect their implementation. Resolve general technical faults in a timely manner and strive to ensure the normal operation of testing equipment. Propose procurement plans and applications for testing materials required by the team, and participate in the acceptance of related materials. Manage the safety and hygiene of the team and the designated responsibility area, ensuring safe testing and cleanliness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in food, biology, chemistry, or related fields. Possession of intermediate-level technician or higher professional qualifications in testing. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, compliance with professional ethics in testing. More than 5 years of experience in testing-related work, familiarity with the team's product standards and testing methods, proficient in the operation and maintenance of relevant equipment. Possess comprehensive testing techniques, the ability to provide technical guidance, and independently develop new testing methods. Ability to assess and handle the equipment status and technical issues of the team. Familiarity with the operational procedures and management of the team's testing work. Able to allocate resources reasonably and carry out inspections for new projects. Proficiency in using office software, able to independently write relevant documents. Diligent, responsible, and dedicated to work, with strong organizational and management skills, as well as execution abilities. Excellent communication, expression, and coordination skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.
