Responsibilities:

Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

Coordinate meetings and take minutes

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a personal secretary or admin
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing activities related to three brands under our portfolio
