Job Description:
This is a full-time role as a Production Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, quality check and ensuring the projects meet their respective deadline.
Responsibilities:
•Project Management
oPlan, organize and execute work orders.
oInitiate and manage projects to optimize production procedures.
oLead the production supervisors in their day-to-day operations.
oKeep a track of project progress and updated project reports.
oEnsure adherence to the production schedule.
oMaintain record and analysis of consumables used in production.
•Machine Maintenance and Service:
oKeep track of equipment maintenance schedules and list.
oMaintain track record of consumables and spart parts for machines.
•Quality Control
oSupervise production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
oEnsure QC documentations are updated and in order.
•Health, Safety & Environment
oEnsure equipments are operated keeping safety in check.
oEnsure compliance to safety standards.
Qualifications:
•Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering & Management or other relevant degree.
•Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience.
•Strong organization skills to prioritize workload.
•Proficient in computer skills.
•Knowledge of Corel Draw, 3D Max and Abode Illustrator will be considered a plus.
•Good command of the English language.
