Role Description:
Operate UV printers, specializing in flatbed, 3D embossing, and texture printing. Apply graphic design skills, ensure print quality, and manage efficient production. Proficient in ripping software, conducting routine maintenance, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:
Set up and operate UV printing machines, with a focus on flatbed printers, 3D embosses, and texture printing.
Apply working knowledge of UV printing processes to achieve desired outcomes.
Graphic Design and Layout:
Utilize graphic design skills to enhance and optimize print materials.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure effective layouts for specialized printing techniques.
Quality Control:
Conduct meticulous checks to ensure prints meet quality and design specifications.
Adjust settings for consistent quality, including texture and embossing effects.
Organization and Coordination:
Organize and prioritize print jobs to optimize production efficiency.
Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely project completion.
Software Knowledge:
Utilize software proficiency, specifically in ripping software like Onyx and Wasatch.
Apply knowledge of relevant organization and coordination software for efficient workflow management.
Machine Maintenance and Service:
Demonstrate maintenance skills for routine upkeep of printing machines.
Manage issues effectively, combining technical knowledge for troubleshooting and resolution.
Customer Service Focus:
Prioritize customer satisfaction through quality prints and responsive service.

Job Qualifications:
Previous experience operating UV printing machines, particularly flatbed printers, and expertise in 3D embosses and texture printing.
Graphic design skills and proficiency in layout creation.
In-depth understanding of UV printing processes and specialized techniques.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Software knowledge, specifically with ripping software such as Onyx and Wasatch.
Maintenance skills with the ability to manage issues and provide technical solutions.
