Role Overview: As the Non-Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of client interaction, partner negotiation for events, and handling non-revenue operations. Your responsibilities will include managing client interactions, negotiating with partners for event arrangements, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and handling negotiations with hotels. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations to support the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction:
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
2. Partner Negotiation for Events:
• Identify and establish partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for events.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate event logistics and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful execution.
3. Visiting DHA (Dubai Health Authority):
• Liaise with Dubai Health Authority representatives to understand regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with DHA officials to facilitate necessary approvals and permits for events and activities.
• Stay updated on DHA policies and guidelines to ensure adherence and compliance.
4. Talking to Doctors:
• Communicate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and specialists, to discuss event participation and collaboration opportunities.
• Present value propositions and benefits of participation in events to healthcare practitioners.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions with doctors to address their concerns and requirements.
5. Negotiation With Hotels:
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with hotels for accommodation, venue bookings, and related services.
• Ensure cost-effective arrangements while maintaining quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with hotels to manage room allocations, reservations, and event-related arrangements.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in client interaction, partner negotiation, and operations management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards (preferable).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
