Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for the real estate industry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of real estate agents, managing office tasks, and assisting with client communications.

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings for real estate agents.
Assist with the preparation of real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical.
Update and manage listings on various real estate platforms and our company website.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional materials.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous administrative experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
