RESPONSIBILITIESManage the Mechanical Maintenance team.GMR2.1 appointee responsible for the site.Provides technical strategy to facility on how to improve equipment and machinery reliability.Ensures delivery of best-in-class services to the business.Accountable for maintenance work process results, and maintenance costs.Establish an annual financial plan consistent with business needs, functional goals and targets.Provides engineering strategic support for specification, identification, and purchasing of needed parts.Ensures that empowered teams apply the work process consistently and effectivelyEnsuring that *** is strategically allocated to critical and future projects aligned with the strategy and the long-term mechanical renewal planServe as a strategic leader for the Mechanical subject matter experts in equipment failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations.Accountable for risk management programs.Determines appropriate near-term actions on Evaluated Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) results.Accountable for safety, mechanical work process results, mechanical cost management, asset mechanical reliability (AMR) results and improvements as required by the plantsCustodian for the mechanical asset utilization database (AUDB)MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSB.Eng/ BSc – Mechanical Engineering or higherIn possession of a GCC FactoriesA minimum of 10 years of experience in the chemical industrial environment, coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ middle management or a leading role
