Job Description Vaga direcionada para mulheres e pessoas negras Objetivo: Realizar a gestão de clientes no Canal Indireto na região do Ceará. Atividades: - Atuação junto aos clientes do estado do Ceará no Canal Indireto, para desenvolvimento de negócios através de aumento de receita e distribuição de nossas marcas; - Gestão do começo ao fim do processo de Gestão de Investimentos (Negociação e Controle de verbas, contratos e provisões, a fim de maximizar o retorno sobre esses investimentos); - Identificação de oportunidades que melhorem a eficiência do negócio, estabelecendo modelos de controle, gestão e acompanhamento de performance; - Desenvolvimento de ações táticas para potencializar resultados; - Apoio no desenvolvimento de projetos, planos e eventos pontuais; - Acompanhamento e gestão da carteira de pedidos, emissão de ordens, recebimento de pedidos pelos clientes, gestão de promoções e verbas comerciais; - Acompanhamento de indicadores de performance (sell in, sell-out, positivação, mix ideal, cobertura de lançamentos, etc); - Realizar visitas ao mercado (PDVs) para identificação de oportunidades e construção de planos de ação para alavancar os resultados; - Treinar e orientar as equipes de vendas dos Atacados, garantindo a comunicação/execução da nossa estratégia; - Estar atento a tendências de mercado, posicionamento de concorrentes e outros movimentos que possam causar impactos no negócio; - Prospectar novos clientes. -Entregar resultados superiores através da liderança de nossas marcas com o melhor serviço ao cliente/consumidor.
