About this Role *This position is located in our LKJ plant in Bali* As our Integrated Site Integrated Planner (SIP), you will be responsible to drive the development, execution and continuous improvement of our supply chain processes through adept usage of Site Integrated Planning performance metrics and Standard Work Processes. This role also includes the planning and coordination of stock transfers among network nodes such as 3rd parties, production sites and Supply Planning teams. Responsibility: Develop and drive daily, weekly and monthly planning for finished products and material requirements, consistent with the Categories/Sites' operating strategies and Standard Work Processes. Coordinate an efficient and prompt flow of products through the network by maintaining constant communication with our production sites Keep a detailed control of all stock movements among the networks Set up stock transfer orders (STO’s) through SAP PO to fulfil stock requirements in each node. Conduct daily monitoring of sales OOS stock with the intention of improving customer service. Reporting of KPIs, monthly calls, weekly health tracker and/or risk assessments, SKU exceptions. Manage for value across the Market’s Supply Chain (E.g., minimise write-offs, double handling, etc.) Manage smooth Site Integrated Planning Processes and Communication Maintains valid production and supplier schedules in SAP Responsible for maintaining consistent inventory management practices in line with meeting demand requirements, identifying solutions to mitigate risks and improve overall tracking. Identifies critical supply constraints and develops action plans to avoid service impacts. Identify risks and/or opportunities to the overall supply plan and execute necessary changes and communicate effectively to key stakeholders Communicates material requirement plans to suppliers and the Master Production Schedule with Site Operations to resolve conflicting priorities. Monthly Supply Review input for imported produced spirit Spearhead data-driven performance management and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain master data in SAP through consistent data health check and system-based planning. Participates in developing and renewing supplier Site-Level Execution Agreements (SLEAs) Conduct root cause analysis of multiple information streams to enhance processes, service and performance Manage the phasing in out of products during its product life cycle, and manage slow-moving stock with the objective of minimising the write-off of obsolete finished products Measures and drives continuous improvement in Standard Work Processes via digitization. About You Possess Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working within the Production planning and material planning function. Experience in utilising advanced planning software within Supply Planning (SAP ECC/APO system and Business Intelligence/BW ) Baseline understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes; Supply Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Inventory Planning, Conversion, Logistics, Procurement and Customer Service Fluent verbal, written and presentation communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesian to liaise with our Global, Regional and Local Supply Chain network. Proficient in MS applications e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills. Applicants with background in Consumer Goods industry would be highly regarded.
