[What the role is] We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive at the Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (SIRS). In this fulfilling role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the growth and success of SIRS by driving sales and business development initiatives. [What you will be working on] Secure new client accounts and partners. Cultivate and grow existing accounts. Provide training advisory to our retail clients, helping them identify staff training needs and establish capability development pathways. Manage resources and schedule of training projects (project management). Administer and manage national jobs and skills related programmes. Organise and execute outreach activities/events to promote SIRS' programmes, services and solutions. [What we are looking for] At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Project Management or Partnership Management. Possess strong experience in key account management, sales and business development. Self-motivated, driven, good team player, and possess strong customer service mindset and skills. Good oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills. Experience in planning and executing outreach events and marketing activities. Experience in retail, business, service, training/education industry will be an added advantage.
