Developing and implementing programs policies and procedures for
the various functions and operations of the Property Management
department.
•
Provide and foster positive relationships with tenants, external
clients, and internal clients.
•
Design and manage budgets expenditure.
•
Conduct regular property inspections
•
Manage the repair and maintenance of properties and ensure they
remain in good condition.
•
Keep a database of service providers including plumbers,
carpenters and other contractors
•
Supervise service providers and ensure they offer quality and
timely service
•
Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
•
Working knowledge of Critical Equipment (Generators, water pumps,
Lifts etc.)
•
Ensure proper and reliable functioning of all fire, evacuation,
and sprinkler systems
•
Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping,
security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service
providers where appropriate
•
Allocation of parking space.
•
Perform administrative tasks including managing correspondence
Requirements
•
Diploma in Real Estate Management or similar relevant field
• Basic
accounting skills and knowledge of accounting application software’s and ERPs
•
Over 2 years’ experience in commercial property management.
• Hands on with MS Office and relevant databases and
software.
• Customer oriented approach.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership
skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
