Job Description: Job Title: Group Finance Solutions Group - Lead Financial Regulatory and Risk Reporting Analyst - Associate Location: Manila Corporate Title: Associate The Associate will work on the delivery of the RTB Support requirements for the implementation of the GCT Kannon migrations. The role will require collaborative engagement with Project SMEs, RTB SMEs and IT Teams to ensure successful delivery of the project. The GFSG associate will be a member of the team performing process impact analysis, Business Requirements, UAT executions, conduct detailed investigation and root cause analysis of data quality issues, Operational readiness and Post-Go live support. You can expect · Competitive Salary · Attractive Retirement Benefit · Medical and Life Insurance upon employment · 20 days Annual Vacation Leaves Your key responsibilities · Collate and document RTB Pain Points and able to understand/relate this to the Business Requirements · Perform analysis, document business requirements and collate feedback for sign-off · Independently research issues / questions from the relevant RTB Finance Teams relating to project deliverables to facilitate a resolution, escalating where appropriate · Assist with all phases of the project life cycle i.e. Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation to ensure project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality and business objectives · Provide SME support for project related issues and propose solutions · Conduct Business Processes and System Architecture Training to RTB users. · Work closely with IT to help define Functional Design documents as needed · Define user acceptance test cases, executing and managing the activity · Lead or perform UAT and highlight key issues and risks to the Stakeholders · Summarize UAT results and recommend UAT sign-off to the Stakeholders · Post go-live Support to RTB Team. · Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately · Effectively communicate relevant project information to other project team members · Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion · Ensure appropriate use of Deutsche Bank tools, processes, and methodologies Your skills and experience · Background in the Financial Services Industry – preferable Investment Banking – Global Markets, Corporate Banking · Minimum of 5 years experience working within the profession of Finance Processes/ Business/Data Analysis within the Finance arena · Minimum of 2-3 years experience working on Profit and Loss Reporting · Excellent analytical and problem solving skills · Advanced knowledge in MS Office products (Access/Excel) ; Excel skills are key – vlookups, pivot tables · Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal) · Ability to work in virtual teams and in a matrix organization · Ability to work in fast paced environment in Manila How we’ll support you · Coaching and support from experts in your team · A culture of continuous learning to aid progression · Training and development to help you excel in your career About us and our teams Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network.
