Sales Operations Administrator is required to track business results, perform cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPIs, manage all business operations and set goals across the entire organization and ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals.Job Description :Work closely with the stakeholder to manage the sales forecast process.Coordinates sales planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.Drive operations compliance with CNS Policies processes in collaboration with PMO and FinanceLead all operation excellence and sales discipline process including the creation of related templates and timetable: QBR/Territory Plans/ Account Plans/ Opportunity Plans/ Forecast calls /Renewal follow up etc.Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.Manages the CRM tool ensuring that all opportunities and quotes reported by the sales team are entered and progressed correctlyAbility to analyze various sales and booking characteristics, and report on sales metrics and performancesWork with the sales team on any operation issue related to their sales activities and help resolve them working with the internal teamOwner of the bid management requirements in Oman office which inlcudes preparingwinning bids, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process and insure consistency in bid appearance.
