This role will play a vital part in Performance Management of key deliverables of the GSC Finance function. The key responsibility for this role is to ensure timely and accurate reporting for all operational metrics while proceeding ahead on the Transformation agenda towards further digitization and analytics. The incumbent will play a key role in building a strategic roadmap for performance management for Finance function and ensure that the function is moving towards the set objectives and mission towards top quartile performance and add value to the organizational goals •Ensure performance management- reporting through scorecards and performance reviews by setting targets and metrices for the objectives of the business •Collaborate with FPNA, transformation and execution teams for preparing quarterly budgets •Conduct variance analysis against budgets and provide insights and solutions accordingly •Establish visibility analytics on productivity for GSC Finance with the key drivers of volumetrics and headcount •Track, monitor and govern the position IDs for GSC finance •Manage end to end implementation and track the WFM (Verint) project •Establishes and manages effective communications with the business sponsor •Analyse business performance, Strategize key outcome make recommendations to the organization leadership based on data analytics •Undertake Business Partnering with various functions, departments and other key stakeholders Business Performance Manager - FNA A.P.
