The Opportunity


We are looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships for our Mexico team with a demonstrable record of success to focus on key relationships that help scale Incode’s footprint in targeted marketplaces. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for creating, activating, and managing strategic relationships with new partners to drive meaningful revenue and demand.

Responsibilities


To business develop, enable and monetize an expanding set and ecosystem of partners at enterprise level with ISVs, Resellers, VARs, SIs, MSPs and OEMs.
Work with our partners and internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Product, etc.) to identify joint selling and marketing strategies for driving sales of Incode through the partner ecosystem.
Develop, monitor and adjust the strategy and the creation and management of key partnerships/alliances required for the execution of the strategy.
Strategic planning, ensuring that business unit and divisional organic and inorganic activities are aligned to the strategy, management of key strategy customer/partner accounts and the creation of new strategic alliances.
Establish goals for each partner relationship. Update and maintain proper reporting metrics and funnel management.
Perform monthly and quarterly partner reviews of established goals
Enable partners through virtual and in-person demos training.
Create tools to drive demand such as partner campaigns, collateral, webinars, and events.
Be accountable for sourced and influenced revenue, as well as partner success KPIs.
Take ownership for building the Partnership function, identifying improvement areas and delivering against these to the benefit of the wider group.
Provide regular performance readouts to the business, communicating opportunities and escalating risks when appropriate.
As a key member of the executive team, the role will significantly contribute to the overall management of the division, with specific focus on progress against the long-term strategy and key relationships.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of enterprise software/SaaS work experience in a Senior Partnership roles.
Entrepreneurial - Founded or been part of a Co-Founding team to scale partnerships and sales in the LATAM region.
Identity industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Proven track record of building partnerships programme from the ground up.
Fluency in English Spanish.
Experience working within targeted marketplaces such as Financial Services, Retail Hospitality, Healthcare, FinTech, Marketplaces, Payments, Identity Access Management.
Strategic and analytical thinker who is able to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling vision and strategy for partner success.
Experience in messaging and positioning the value proposition to internal stakeholders and to partner stakeholders.
Strong executive presence with proven ability to present in formal and informal settings.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic working environment and build excellent rapport with internal teams; strong teamwork is a must.
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue business KPIs in a high-growth environment.
Passionate about technology.
Able to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel, including internationally when it is safe to do so.
An MBA in desirable.
