The Opportunity
Are you a passionate product manager who wants to build digital identity products for millions of end-users?
As a Senior Product Manager at Incode, you will own the business strategy and vision for a multi-functional team to design, develop, test, and deploy new features and products. A successful candidate will have a solid underpinning in product management as well as knowledge of software development, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Own the strategy, planning and execution for an amazing developer experience that enables developers and partners to seamlessly build applications using Incode’s APIs and SDKs.
Take our API and SDK documentation, developer tools, to the next level by finding creative new ways.
Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business.
Own and write comprehensive product requirements for our client SDKs and API services.
Partner closely with customer success, and engineering teams, and interface with cross functional stakeholders e.g. executives, sales, product, design, marketing, and legal teams.
Regularly meet and work with our B2B customers to gather feedback and refine product strategy.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or any related field.
Prior experience as a software developer building mobile SDKs and/or web API services are a must.
Deep technical literacy and ability to engage with a developer audience.
Ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships cross-functionally.
Self-driven and highly motivated with a strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to help drive strategy and influence stakeholder teams
Experience leading a cross- functional team in an agile environment.
Open to learn, develop, change, experiment, and have fun!
