Office Assistant

We need the services of an office assistant to work with our organization .
You will perform the following duties .
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
Maintaining files.
Welcoming visitors to your office.
Answering phone calls.
Taking and delivering messages.
Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Accounts experience will be given more priority.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 1 - 2 years . Experience in UAE: experience in UAE required . Languages: English required
PROVISIONS
Employment visa . Medical insurance Salary: Negotiable
