About the Team
Our FIS Capital Markets Sales Team is dedicated to providing valuable sell-side solutions to the market. We focus on offering a wide range of solutions to insurance firms, with the goal of growth and client satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing
As part of the Capital Markets Amplify team, you will utilize your expertise in the insurance industry and knowledge of capital markets and FIS products. You will collaborate with the sales team to sell FIS solutions, build and maintain relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of our business.

As part of the sales team, you will:

Sell solutions and/or services to insurance institutions
Develop and maintain new account relationships
Connect with prospects and initiate contact to sell FIS products and/or services
Demonstrate knowledge of the sell-side industry, business challenges, and solutions
Build and maintain a pipeline of new revenue
Prepare and present proposals to clients
Negotiate and close deals
Collaborate with the product management and marketing teams
Meet or exceed sales goals
Collaborate with other teams on initiatives and industry panels
Identify key FIS solutions for the insurance space


What You Bring

Minimum of 10 years of sales and subject matter expertise in the insurance industry
Knowledge of insurance industry and technology solutions
Proven track record of exceeding quota
Ability to handle pressure
Understanding of FIS and competitive products and services
Ability to build effective relationships
Prior experience utilizing professional social media tools
Ability to work remotely and navigate the sales life cycle
Motivation to exceed expectations
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Excel, and CRM software
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Travel may be required
