Women,ÉgalitéandFirst PeoplesRAP (reconciliation action plan) programsA creative, fun and rewarding office environment backed up by ourPublicisLibertéflexibility approach “working your way, with us!”Open environment, where your input and feedback is valuedAccess to employee benefits including –wellness programmes, learning and development opportunities, network eventsConfidential 24 hour support via our employee assistance programmeJob DescriptionOne year fixed term contractFull-time or part timeFlexible working approach Can be based anywhere in Australia – remote working an option alsoAbout the roleDue to growth, the number of open roles that our high performing talent acquisition team works on is steadily increasing.So we have a need for a Talent Acquisition Manager with strong media industry contacts to join our team.It’s an exciting time within our team as we are rolling out new tools, increasing our focus on mobility and DI.This position will be required to adapt to a fast-paced environment and lead the end-to-end recruitment of a diverse range of media roles.The primary focus will be working with our media agencies, however, there could be an opportunity to work with across roles on the creative side of the business.Key responsibilitiesEnd to end recruitment for open roles within the Publicis Groupe ANZ.Deliver exceptional internal stakeholder and candidate experiences.Develop a strong understanding of Publicis Groupe ANZ and each of the brands within.Communicate Publicis Groupe ANZ and brand EVP’s in a credible and compelling manner.Assist in helping the Publics Groupe become an employer of choice within the Australian market.Help build our candidate database and talent pipelines for key roles/markets.Work effectively with our recruiting tools and processes.Qualifications5+ years of talent acquisition experience (agency or ideally in-house) focused on permanent roles.Media agency experience at mid-level, including performance roles and candidate network.Proven experience filling mid-level media agency roles including performance roles.Proven track record in recruiting for high volumes of roles.Proven track record identifying, approaching and converting passive candidates.Advanced LinkedIn recruiter skills and experience working with ATS systems.Excellent understanding of talent acquisition best practice and the ability to use this to consult with stakeholders and develop effective attraction strategies.An understanding of employment law, including Employment Awards, the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge to talent acquisition.A natural ability to engage people.Professionalism, attention to detail, strong follow up, time management, highly effective communication and problem resolution skillsApproachable, tactful, discrete and diplomatic, comfortable having difficult conversations.Excellent team player, able to display a flexible and creative approach to work situations.Additional InformationPublicis Groupe believes that our people are our greatest asset.
