This role presents a distinct pathway for graduates to hone expertise in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical systems within our organization.RESPONSIBILITIESManage incoming customer communications via calls, emails, and OSC service requests.Process customer queries and generate Service cases in Sales Force.Provide immediate customer support (1st level) by analyzing inverter and technical data.Offer timely feedback for swift resolution of issues related to solar inverters.Provide technical guidance on client products and services, including warranty matters.Retrieve historical case information using IT tools.Register new companies and contacts in Sales Force, ensuring accurate data maintenance.Initiate SACs for exchange devices, GGC, PUK, spare parts, and quotes.Oversee associated follow-up processes for SACs.Coordinate with courier services for parcel collection and delivery.Keep customers informed of delivery status updates MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMinimum qualification of a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current), BTech is preferred.Requires educational training in an electro-technical field.Has at least two years of experience in professional customer service and technical helpline or remote support.Previous experience in the PV Solar industry will be advantageous.Must be proficient in using MS Office and SAPA basic understanding of IP network technology would be advantageousIs willing to attend training in Germany as required.
