Leading a team to handle guide customs related clearance procedures of CFS/Shipping line longstanding cargo/container clearances in close co-ordination with customs, internal/external stakeholders/customers with all legal regulatory bodies. The role is to build a strong and effective ways of clearing Longstanding containers/cargoes to ensure all Customs related compliances are met and release such EXIM containers to Shipping Lines. Someone who has strong on-ground execution in customs clearances of longstanding Exim shipments. ·Preparing monthly longstanding container/cargo list of export/import of yard/warehouses by continuous co-ordinations with stakeholders. ·Monitoring Consignments which are Unclaimed/Uncleared and send notices accordingly ·Send LS reports to S/Line/customers and Co-ordinate to release LS containers/cargoes ·Preparation of file as per Customs Disposal section Requirement ·Arrange Sample (if applicable) process for Testing Agencies like DYCC, Textile Committee, PMI, Chartered Engineer Inspection, FSSAI, AQ, PQ etc. ·Prepare file for examinations of lots and co-ordinate with Disposal / destruction as required to obtain clearances. ·Obtaining Group NOC , Valuation of the consignment and fixing reserved price. ·Co-ordinate with Auctioneer to conduct Auction arrangement of inspection of lots. ·Co-ordinate for payment and finance team for invoicing ·Follow Bidding and auctioning as per SOP and customs guidelines ·Co-ordinating with stakeholders customs for processing of all license renewals, insurance, bond and for obtaining various permissions/renewals as an when required related to facility/export/import. •Clearing Longstanding Containers month on month basis Revenue •Inventory, Record Keeping Invoice processing •Following Customs Guidelines Compliance Requirements •All CFS/ICD License renewals, yearly customs submissions, insurances periodic renewals under expiry Status updates •Daily customs/CCSP visits as needed •LS shipments agency hold co-ordinations release •Timely report submissions to customs as required. Critical Competencies . CFS/ICD Auction process knowledge, . Knowledge of all CBIC circulars/PN's and rules regulations.
