Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation: Utilise a diverse range of sources, including industry databases, online platforms, networking events, and professional associations, to generate high-quality leads for mergers and acquisitions.Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to evaluate the potential of leads, assessing their financial stability, market presence, and growth potential. This will require you to utilise various tools and resources effectively.Data Collection: Thoroughly gather and organise detailed information about leads, including key decision-makers, contact details, company background, financial data, and any other relevant information necessary for the evaluation process.Filtering and Qualification: Develop and apply effective criteria to filter leads based on predetermined parameters, ensuring that they align with our strategic goals and target market. Evaluate the quality of leads to determine their viability and potential for successful partnerships.Database Management: Maintain and update our lead database regularly, ensuring the accuracy and currency of information. Adopt best practices for data management to safeguard sensitive information and maintain data integrity.Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration with other team members, including business development managers, analysts, and executives. Engage in discussions regarding potential leads, share valuable insights, and provide support in the lead evaluation process.Reporting: Prepare regular reports that outline lead generation activities, including the number of leads identified, qualified, and captured, as well as their progress in the pipeline. Present findings and recommendations to the management team, highlighting opportunities and potential areas of improvement.Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the MA sector. Continuously expand your knowledge base through research and learning initiatives, enhancing your ability to identify and evaluate leads effectively.
