The Business Unit: The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum. ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents. The Team in Italy: With leading market shares in nearly every product, the success relies on factors such as anticipating the impact of market and regulatory changes to clients’ business, developing the latest eCommerce and Clearing platforms, and leveraging the Bank’s product, research and structuring expertise to offer tailor-made solutions which are customized to meet the specific requirements of each individual client. The Role/Your Responsibilities: The Sales Specialist works with the Lead Salesperson to meet agreed sales and revenue targets. The Sales Specialist will generate detailed client / product knowledge, market knowledge and cultivate client relationships in order to generate sales opportunities. The Sales Specialist will work to develop deep understanding of the client need / product detail and Bank’s capabilities with the aim of meeting client satisfaction expectations. The Sales Specialist will be conversant relevant legal, regulatory and Bank policy requirements and operate accordingly. Together with the Lead Salesperson ensure liaison with existing clients. Researching and fostering new client opportunities. Building the necessary working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations staff – if applicable to the degree that is commensurate with the business area - to ensure effective end to end client / product delivery. Skills and Qualifications Candidate need to have at least 10 years’ experience as FX Sales covering Institutional Clients with a strong Focus on the Spanish Market in the last 3 years. Good Knowledge of English , Italian and Spanish Degree in economics and Strong Knowledge of Complex FX Derivatives.
