This role reports to the US Business Manager who in turn reports to the Regional Head of Group Audit Americas. What We Offer You A diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaboration A hybrid working model, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer days Employee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagement Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefits Educational resources, matching gift, and volunteer programs What You’ll Do Primary Regulatory liaison with the Regional Management Group on behalf of Group Audit (GA) Americas in reference to regulatory exams, meetings, and requests; preparing materials and decks for Regional Head of Audit and other GA ExCo where applicable for Regulatory meetings and other Audit Committee reporting requirements Reconciliation of monthly headcount reports and all elements of full-time equivalent tracking Supporting lateral and graduate recruiting efforts Reconciliation of weekly future of work data to ensure adherence to divisional guidelines How You’ll Lead Assist with ad-hoc Business Management projects: Regional People initiatives and processes, including Regional Townhalls, Senior Management Connect sessions Identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that simplify audit reporting and data collection processes and make them more efficient Skills You’ll Need Relevant experience in business manager and/or auditor role Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and its impact in both operational and financial Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills Excellent communication skills, communicating with clarity, both orally and in writing, in a logical order and structured approach at all levels Skills That Will Help You Excel Ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with people across all levels of seniority Ability to work under pressure, multitask assignments and prioritize their workload while producing quality work A team player with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude, a strong work ethic and very delivery focus High professional and ethical standards with a high level of personal integrity. The role will require the handling of sensitive personal and or business Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $120,000 to $200,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
