Discover what it means to work in Sanofi via this video Purpose This role is responsible for executing Immunology global market research projects and managing a consistent, timely market research process across global products. This includes finalizing questionnaires, developing recruiting lists, aggregating data, interpreting results, cross-referencing secondary sources, and reporting findings. The role requires a close partnership with market researchers based in the US and EU, as well as external agencies that manage panels and collect data on our behalf. Performance Standards: Duties Responsibilities Key Areas Action Areas, Deliverables and Outcomes People Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders within the allocated GBU and product – with an end objective to develop reports and analysis as per requirement Performance Partner with lead Immunology market researcher across the Sanofi and Regeneron alliance based primarily, but not exclusively, in the US, for high quality execution and on time delivery of the market research projects. Drives and leads project management through various phases of the project including kick-off, execution, insight generation and data visualizations Coordinates feedback on research materials development (e.g. screeners, questionnaires) across the alliance and key market stakeholders before project initiation. Participates in relevant project scoping discussions led by Immunology market research lead to understand and finalize key business questions and market research needs overall. Collaborates with research vendor and Sanofi and Regeneron market research leads to develop, share final report and to provide recommendations. Learn Sanofi compliance requirements and internal processes to initiate new market research projects and then ensure projects are executed compliantly and lead to on time delivery. Provide appropriate context for study findings based on prior market research, including secondary sources. Process Use latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to provide support on all sort of regular and adhoc business analytics activities like build, maintenance and enhancements of such systems Ability to work cross-functionally, gather requirements, analyse data, and generate insights and reports that can be used by the GBU Customer Work collaboratively with the stakeholder teams to prioritize work and deliver on time-sensitive requests. Be able to provide and defend gathered intelligence, methodology, content, and conclusions to the global leadership in a clear, concise format Knowledge, Skills Competencies / Language Strong quantitative, research, and data analytical skills Knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, Q, or similar) and databases Experience in writing code or queries (Python, Java, or similar) Experience in statistical approaches, including conjoint, MaxDiff, linear regression, correlation, factor and cluster analyses a plus Advanced MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint) Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (like Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Slide creation skills a plus (i.e. ability to bring creativity to slides vs. text and data heavy-driven slides) Soft Skills Ability to operate effectively in a global and alliance highly matrixed environment, with ability to work across time zones Strong learning agility Good focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning Strong work ethic and personal motivation Good interpersonal and communication skills; strong presentation skills a plus Team player who is curious, dynamic, result oriented and can work collaboratively Ability to think strategically in an ambiguous environment Qualifications Education MBA/Post Graduation in quantitative discipline Professional expertise and experience 2-6 years of market research and analytics experience with demonstrated ability to think strategically in an ambiguous environment Experience with an Immunology focus preferred.
