Reporting to theSenior Manager in Branding Digital Communication, asa Digital Communications Manager, you will:Contribute to the development of, and drive the implementation of, LDC’s digital communications strategyManage and maintain the company’s global corporate website (ldc.com), updating content and ensuring that it is optimized for search enginesMonitor and report on the performance of digital channels and activities against relevant metrics and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement / optimization, including through analysis of the user experience.Collaborate with other communication team members and business stakeholders to ensure LDC’s online presence is aligned with our brand identity, strategy and business goalsContribute to LDC’s content framework by working with regional and global teams to create and curate (or supervise the development of) engaging and relevant content enabling audience engagement across digital channelsProvide training and support to other team members (e.g. regional comms teams) on digital communication best practices
