We are seeking Japan Commercial and Medical Tech CRM Specialist who will contribute to the success of our Japanese business by leveraging global strategies while focusing on the unique needs of the local market. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in CRM functionalities but will also be expected to enhance our Omnichannel and AI strategies using data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities are: Implement and optimize CRM strategies leveraging global initiatives and cater to the Japanese market. Utilize Veeva CRM knowledge to improve customer engagement, sales/medial effectiveness, and business outcomes. Utilize CRM data to inform and drive Omnichannel marketing efforts and AI implementations with other GSK teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other business solutions and processes. Provide insights and recommendations to the business on CRM best practices and innovations. Ensure CRM tools and data are leveraged to their full potential to deliver personalized customer experiences. Manage CRM-related projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, and budgets Basic Qualification: Skill Proven experience with Veeva CRM and a strong understanding of its application in the pharmaceutical industry in Japan. Ability to translate global strategies into actionable plans that address local business needs. Experience in utilizing CRM data to support Omnichannel and AI initiatives. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse global team environment. A self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions without constant supervision. Passion and Strong commitment on end-to-end delivery. Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English to engage with both local and global stakeholders. Experience More than 2 years of industrial experience with Veeva CRM Experience with managing partners, and with business stakeholders Experience in managing CRM projects with internal/external partners at all levels (local/regional/global) Education/Certification/Language Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline Exceptional business communication skills in both Japanese and English as Tech Partner Preferred Qualification: Skill Skill in leading a multifunctional team for at least a complete project cycle Knowledge of Agile methodology, ITIL based service management, Project Management and Design Thinking is a plus Basic Knowledge of GxP and GAMP is a plus Experience Working experience to implement new IT system in pharma / life science industry Working in multinational diverse environment is a plus Managing partners as a team is a plus Education/Certification/Language Veeva product certificate Project Management Education or equivalent certificate (Agile preferred) Why Us?
