The School of Social Sciences invites applications for part-time lecturer (PTL). We are looking for PTL who will serve as primary instructor of core and elective courses in the Psychology major curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, and discussion sections. Supervision and coordination of teaching assistants and tutors. Setting of assessment components and marking of examinations. Qualification and requirement: The successful candidate will hold a doctorate-level or a masters-level qualification in an appropriate Psychological field, be able to demonstrate effective teaching and training of undergraduate students. Candidates with specializations in one or more of these fields are particularly welcome: Personality Psychology, I/O Psychology, Bio-psychology and Clinical Psychology. Evidence of excellence in teaching and/or clinical supervision is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute significantly to teaching and development of multiple courses at the undergraduate level, including introductory level survey-type courses, laboratory and methods courses, and seminar courses.
