A bit about the team and what you'll deliver...We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our expanding Sales and Business Development team in South Africa. Reporting to the Sales BD Manager you will be responsible for growing Trustonic’s client base and delivering on sales objectives within the Mobile, Retail and Finance sectors in MEA.As part of the MEA Sales Business Development team, we are looking for a customer-focused Client Success Manager to support onboarding and scaling of large enterprise clients while driving mutually beneficial relationships. You will be accountable for helping clients maximize the ROI they achieve with Trustonic’s solution.As the Client Success Manager you will:Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing and prospective client and partner accounts.Understand, translate and integrate client strategy and needs into a joint client success strategy, identifying pain points as key growth drivers and working with clients on ways to maximise deployment and integration while providing insight into development of target markets, product development, analytics and relevant best practice.Track and monitor performance, highlighting outcomes and priorities, in-market macro and micro influences and flagging risks.Be responsible for tracking priorities through day-to-day engagements working towards addressing identified priorities within agreed time frames.Support and manage implementation of partner/reseller framework. Ensure alignment of all strategic initiatives to joint drive new client pipelines, upsell opportunities and maintain Trustonic as a strategic partner in existing clients.Support Delivery, Commercial and Legal work streams during onboarding activity of new clients.Coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly client engagements including QBRs and Annual reviews.Ensure operational effectiveness in supporting existing clients and partners in the region.Support and maintain account sustainability, contract renewals, upsell and cross sell initiatives.Forecaste based on existing as well as future strategic deployments in line with product availability and client onboarding pipeline.Maintain an ongoing and thorough understanding of Trustonic’s Product set, planned product developments while driving move efficient client requirements within the product development planning.Sustain and drive commercial methodologies, maintain a in-depth understanding of commercial terms including pricing constructs and general business terms.Support assist with timeous submissions of regional RFI and RFP submissions.Drive end-to-end revenue, profitability and prospective client pipeline by creating joint business plans and leading data-driven sales efforts across the partner base.Support marketing initiatives within the region to further cement Trustonic as a preferred partner in the region.End to end management of prospective customer leadsClient Advocacy – act as the voice of the client, gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams.Who you are...As the Client Success Manager you will:Have a digital curiosity, staying current and up to date with the latest innovation and global trendsDemonstrate energy and positive response when tackling challenging problems and view complicated tasks as engaging and motivatingHave a strong business ethicBe a self-starter with exemplary organisational skillsBe detail orientated and process drivenBe an analytical thinker and able to analyse performance metricsHave strong negotiation skillsBe big-picture focusedHave strong problem solving and solution orientated thinkingHave good verbal and written communication skillsHav the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesHave the ability to understand complex commercials and commercial legal conceptsHave strong presentation skillsHave advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Force and Tableau skillsBe an Internal External Innovation agent, driving change, grow faster reaction to changing market requirementsWhat makes you, you...Knowledge and experience in or of the following would be desirable:Mobility products (mobile devices, mobile services, mobile software)Telecoms industry experienceCommercial experience – commercially savvyExposure to legal and commercial contractsDemonstrable Client Success experience at a Technology companyExperience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)Hands-on experience with driving revenue growth
