Partner with the best The MRP Planner is responsible for ordering, allocating, monitoring and making sure that material is available to meet the Production Schedule and Customer deliverables. The role will be part our Manufacturing Planning Team - factory based. This role will oversee and manage the material availability for our manufacturing facility; identify any potential risks and mitigate any production downtime. As an MRP Materials Planner, you will be responsible for: Reviewing the ERP system daily, making sure the material quantities are available to execute the project as per Bill of Materials (BOM). This includes converting ERP (Oracle ASCP) suggested requirements into purchase requisitions and manufacturing orders. Supporting Production Control during the production meetings - communicating to the manufacturing team if material is available to meet the manufacturing plan or alternatively, highlighting the risks and lead to issue resolution. Acting as an interface between the project teams and production supervisors, supporting all departments in order to minimise loss of time in Manufacture. Coordinating the resolution of problems and maintaining the ASCP dates through regular communication with Production Control and Master Scheduler. Managing data quality on the ERP system.
