Graduate with 2 – 5yrs of Customer Service Experience Graduates with excellent communication skills Strong understanding of the E2E shipping cycle (Added advantage) Structured and has a high attention to quality Contributes with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit. Flexible to work in rotational shift. Ability to work in an Agile environment. Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation.
