An LD Manager with a passion for enhancing operational learning away from the traditional transactional approach and focused on adult development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing soft skills, applying adult learning principles, and facilitating both upskilling and reskilling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement LD programs focused on developing soft skills, such as empathy, to foster a customer-centric operation within a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Implement a deutero-learning, learning how to learn, to all LD programs in order to foster a customer-centric culture.
Utilize adult learning theories and chunking techniques to create effective and engaging learning paths.
Go way beyond creating training decks, you will be responsible for developing learning programs that will impact the lives of hundreds of employees and millions of customers.
Lead upskilling and reskilling efforts to align with internal career paths and state of the art adult learning theories.
Drive succession planning processes to identify and develop future organizational leaders.
Evaluate the effectiveness of LD programs and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent experience. We value competences vs titles.
Significant experience in developing LD programs for operations, especially in soft skills, experiential learning, single-loop learning,
Proficiency in adult learning principles and educational psychology.
Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of LD initiatives and inform strategy.
You'll need to be sharp with your communication, both in writing and in person. As the team lead, you'll be in charge of presenting our results, breaking down complex concepts, and spreading the word about the essential part that WFM modeling plays across the whole company.
